  • Technature and the platform

    Technature is the company’s official website. You will find the catalogue of our products, informations about Technature, our values… WOW Products® is Technature’s digital platform for brands and cosmetics professionals. WOW Products will allow you to attend live conferences on different topics, follow the latest trends and easily make an appointment with our sales team.

    Conferences: Hosted by the Technature team, the conferences will be broadcast live, with the possibility to react and ask all your questions. You will be able to visualize in advance the themes of our various conferences and add to your calendar the one(s) that interests you. A replay space: Did you miss one of our conferences? Relive the replay of the conference of your choice in the Conferences tab. A space for trends and news: Through our various contents, discover the trends of the cosmetics world, the innovations and the latest Technature news. Appointments: An idea? In search of innovation? A bespoke project? Need a specific new product? Or information? Make an appointment online with our sales team.

  • Products

    Find all the products on the Technature website: https://www.tech-nature.com/

    For any questions or product information, please contact our sales team. The product data sheets are available on request on our TECHNATURE website: https://www.tech-nature.com/. The procedure: Click on the small padlock at the top right and then sign in with your username/password. If you do not yet have your credentials/ passwords, it is possible to make the request on this space. Once logged in you will be redirected to the home page. Then you just have to go on one of the product sheets, click on documentation and there you will have the opportunity to see the data sheet and download it.     All the information on the latest products and cosmetics trends are in the "News/Trends" tab, through our newsletter, or on our social networks (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter).

  • Technical questions

    You can attend a conference with a computer, a mobile or a tablet. A good internet connection is required.

    To attend a conference, click on the “Conferences” tab in the menu at the top of the site. Once on the page, select the conference of your choice and register. To register, simply fill out a form indicating your name/nickname, company and email. You can also join a conference with a link in your Outlook calendar. To do this, choose the desired conference and click on “add to my calendar”. Conferences are also available in replay on the platform.

    During a conference, you can intervene and ask your questions using the chat. Live chat is enabled by default and appears to the right of the video player during the conference. If you have any additional questions related to the conferences, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team by making an appointment in the «appointment booking» tab.

    To access a replay conference, click on the “Conferences” tab in the menu at the top of the site. Once you arrive on the page, click on the “Access the replay” button. In this space, you will have the opportunity to watch the conferences whenever you want.

    Refresh the navigator. Check that no other tab is connected to the same profile. Check the network, firewall. Log back in and click the access link again. Use another device: computer, mobile or tablet.

    Use a recent browser and check that your sound is on. If the problem persists, test the conference with another device.

    To make an appointment with our sales team, click on the “Make an appointment” tab in the top right menu. Once on the page: you will be able to search for a member of our sales team using the search bar or search by selecting a continent, country and/or spoken language. You can also click on the sales representative of your choice in the list available below the search tool. Once you have chosen your contact, click on the “Make an appointment” button. You will have a calendar with the availability of the commercial. You will have to choose the day, the time and then confirm the appointment. Once the appointment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the time, date and purpose of the appointment. You will be able to cancel and reschedule the appointment if needed.
